Electric Scooter

Hi, my name is Denise Shoemaker, I am fundraising for my Grandpa William Asmussen. William has always been on the go. At nearly 97 years old his health has started to decline and he has become a bit depressed. He has not been able to be as mobile as he would like to be. I am fundraising in order to buy my grandfather a lightweight electric wheelchair. The hope is that this motorized vehicle can bring him a sense of independence and put joy back into his heart. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help donate to William, who served in WWII, Korean, and Vietnam Wars. He retired after 23 years as Command Sargent Major in the US Army. My grandfather does not qualify for any assistance through the VA because he is not 100% disabled.
