Betty’s Recovery Fund

Hello

My name is Joyce and I am fundraising, for my cousin Betty Morgan, to help to pay for her medical bills.

Betty has had 5 hospitalisations for several strokes since March 13.

She has had many MRIs and CAT scans. Unfortunately there are other tests including a CAT scan to be completed.

Betty’s road to a full recovery will be a very long one. She is about to embark on outpatient rehabilitation including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy for cognition.

As a faith base believer the family is praying for a full recovery, depending on God’s grace and faithfulness.

Betty was admitted to Kaiser Permanente hospital on March 13 and was transferred by ambulance to Emory St Joseph Hospital for continued care.

Subsequent to that stint in hospital Betty was in Emory St Joseph Hospital only to be readmitted again on May 11.

Follow up care continues at Emory Rehabilitation Hospital.
