WA Police Legacy - Karratha to Broome Bike Ride

It’s that time of the year again!

On Wednesday 21 August 2024, 40 riders and their amazing support crew will depart Karratha and make their way 840 odd kilometres north, arriving in Broome some 32 hours later (wind permitting).

This mean feat is all in aid of raising funds for WA Police Legacy. WA Police Legacy is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation that provides personal and financial support to the surviving partners and dependent children of deceased and totally incapacitated Police Officers.

Currently there are 422 widows, 8 widowers and 36 children being supported by WA Police Legacy. The assistance provided by WA Police Legacy is dependent on donations from sponsors and fundraising activities.
