Isabel

Les pedimos a aquellos de ustedes que puedan, que contribuyan a ayudar a cuidar a nuestra querida tía, hermana/madre, Isabel. Ha estado enferma desde hace algún tiempo y ha estado recibiendo tratamiento para mejorar. Ella hizo un viaje a Colombia para enterrar a su madre, quien falleció recientemente y se enfermó más mientras estuvo allí. Desafortunadamente, ni siquiera pudo asistir al servicio y al entierro, que era el único deseo que intentaba cumplir. Para ser hospitalizada y atendida, el hospital exige un pago anticipado, lo que realmente ha causado tensión porque es muy caro. Nosotros, como familia, estamos haciendo todo lo posible para unirnos y colaborar tanto como sea posible para que esté lo suficientemente estable como para poder volar a casa y estar con nosotros y bajo el cuidado de sus médicos de atención primaria. Les pedimos a todos los que la conocen o que conocen a algún miembro de su familia que nos ayuden a recaudar fondos para que nuestra tía/madre recupere una mejor salud y regrese con nosotros aquí en los Estados Unidos. Ella es y siempre ha sido una persona muy cariñosa, atenta y extremadamente extrovertida y verla tan enferma nos rompe el corazón. Más importante aún, no tenerla a nuestro lado hace que la situación sea mucho más difícil. Por favor pasa este mensaje. ¡Cualquier ayuda es muy apreciada!

We ask of those of you that are able to, to contribute to help care for our loving aunt, sister/mother, Isabel. She has been ill for some time now and has been receiving treatment to get better. She has made a trip to Colombia to bury her mother who just recently passed and has grown more ill while there. Unfortunately she couldn’t even make it to the service and burial which was the one wish she was trying to accomplish. In order to be hospitalized and taken care of, the hospital requires prepayment that has really caused a strain as it is very expensive. We, as a family, are doing everything we can to come together and pitch in as much as possible to get her stable enough to be able to fly home and be with us and in the care of her primary physicians. We ask of you all that know her or that know any of her family to help us raise funds in order to get our aunt/mother back in better health and back to us here in the states. She is and always has been a very loving, caring, and extremely outgoing person and to see her so ill is breaking our hearts. More importantly not having her by our side is making the situation much more difficult. Please pass along this message. Any help is greatly appreciated!
