small bowel transplant

Hi my name is Viviana, im 22 years old. On March of 2014 i was diagnosed with 3 malignant tumors which were located in the pancreas and the small intestine. I was being seen at the University of Chicago were they tried to remove the tumors but they saw I didn't had much porcentage to come out alive of the surgery, therefore, they decided to send me to see an specialist in New york at the Columbian University, there they removed the tumors but to be able to remove them successfully they also had to remove my small bowel. Now I depend of a picc line to get my nutrition since I don't have a small bowel im unable to eat food because I don't absord any nutrients. I also can't take any medicine for the pain for the same reason since medicine is also absord in the small bowel. Now im in the waiting list for a small bowel transplant. I currently weigh 75 pounds and the doctors want me to gain some of my weight back before they can do ther surgery.
 Im doing a foundrise because my insurance isn't covering my medicine and it won't be covering 100% of my transplant, I also have unpaid bills from New York that need to be paid.
