Let the KIDS RUN!

Hello families and friends, we are Michael Majors & Barrett Warden we are the Culture Coordinator & Dean of Students at CWC Mar Vista Middle School. One of the roles that we share is co-coaching the track team together & cultivating a space for the student body to come compete and work towards a healthy lifestyle. This season has been absolutely stellar with the student athletes going above and beyond, truly pushing themselves and striving for greatness. Unfortunately as we enter into the latter portion of the season we are currently experiencing unexpected budget issues that are potentially season ending.

We have completed 3 out of the 5 meets in this league with each one getting us closer to bringing home a 1st place plaque! The children have worked incredibly hard and we don't want their season to get cut short. We currently have a team of 40 students and are trying to raise $1200 to cover the fees & expenses that will occur, ensuring their participation in the next two meets.
