Help with making my dream a reality

Hi my name is Richard. I've been cooking my entire life with dreams of owning my own restaurant. With limited funds and opportunity, it's very difficult. Well I was just offered an opportunity of a life time. My last chance, if you will, to rent out a space, monthly. I have some funds saved and i need a little more for security. Im quitting my job and following my dreams. Its scary, im married with 2 young children and this move can make or break me, but i know I can do it. If you're willing to help my dreams come true. It will show my children not to be afraid to take risk, that dreams do come true and hard work pays off, always, and its ok to ask for help if you need it.
