Jacob is an amazingly strong young man who just recently received the worse possible news, except Jacob has heard this news before, in fact he's heard it twice before! That's right this is Jacobs third time hearing that he has leukaemia, his first diagnosis came when he was just 6 years old, he fought that one and won! He was then diagnosed again when was 8, and again this amazing boy fought hard and won! And now at the age of 13 he's been diagnosed again and we expect no different than the same fighting effort, but this family needs all of the help and support that we can give them and most importantly they are asking for all of the prayers that people can send their way! Jenn, Jacob and Sarah are all originally from Woodstock,  but have been living in Fort McMurray for a while now, and with all of Jacobs medical attention being in Edmonton every little bit extra is going to help this family to be able to stay focused on getting Jacob well and not on anything else! Jacob also needs a bone marrow transplant right away and so we are asking that anyone that is reading this to please consider getting tested, even if you aren't a match with Jacob you could still save a life!
