Help a Good Father Out

As many of you know I have been on tough times as of late. I've been fighting the Oregon State Court Family Law division to get more time with my son and was recently denied that time. I wanted to give up and just accept the fact that the system is against fathers! But Many of you have told me not to give up so this is why I've created this goFundme! The only way I can continue to fight is to have enough money to hire a new attorney to amend the most recent judgement that was handed down. My wife and I have have spent over $32,000 in the last 3 years in over payments in child support and attorney fees. The credit cards are maxed and the everyday bills are adding up! As of right now the judge has put an order on me that I must pay off all my back support before My ex wife has to contribute to any travel cost to AZ for my son. We can no longer do it ourselves! We need your help to continue the fight so a father can have more time with his son! I would be greatly thankful if you could donate to this fund so I can go back to court and get the time I deserved as an active father.

Many of my friends on Facebook can vow that I am a good father. I've been there for my son since day 1 (I was the fist person to hold my son) and my ex wife took him away from when we lived in AZ together and moved back to Oregon with the promise to bringing him back to Arizona. That is no longer the case and the courts expect me to travel from Arizona to Oregon 1 time per month and spend my parenting time in a hotel with my son.
