Help the Long Family

Please help us in supporting one of our local fire department families. Brooke (15) was admitted to the Sacred Heart PICU ,after being air transported from Kootenai Heath ,with an unknown bacterial infection that caused sepsis. Brooke’s lungs have subsequently filled with fluid causing her to be placed on a ventilator to help her breathe. Her blood tests are also showing a decrease in platelet count. She has been tested multiple times for COVID -19 and thankfully been negative for that. Unfortunately she is still in a fight for her life with an unknown enemy. Meanwhile her mom (Deborah Long ) and dad ( Scott Long) are unable to work at this time and are going to need all the help we can give them in this moment . Her brother Joel is a lieutenant with Timberlake fire department and has also taken some time to be with his sister during her struggle.
