Hello my name is Mr. Foss and I am a teacher at Westwood unified school district. We are in desperate need of after school programs to help support our youth. This is why we are starting a program and I am volunteering as the coach. Westwood wrestling is trying to form a program and is in the start up stage. We hope to be ready by the winter sports season of 2024. However, we need to buy shoes, headgear, warm-ups, bags, uniforms, and additional gear before we can be admitted in the NSCIF. We will also need to buy gear to support or youth program (kids gear). It will operate as both a youth and high school program available to children of all ages and grade levels. Westwood wrestling focuses on academic achievement as much as athletics. Is is design to provide structure to kids who may not be able to afford other sports programs or simply want to try something new. Please consider donating to help us achieve our goals.
