Charlie’s cancer fund

Hello, My names Dneeka McLeod & I’ll start by telling you all about why I’m doing this go fund me page .

Once upon a time, there lived a vibrant and determined young woman named Charlie Leigh!

She was born in the year 2000, a year filled with hope and promise!

Charlie has a zest for life that is contagious. She loves going to the gym, where she pushes herself to new limits and inspire others with her energy and enthusiasm!

One day,( Thursday 9th of November to be exact) life threw a curveball at Charlie, She was diagnosed with stage 3 going into 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma ... a battle that no one saw coming. But instead of letting it bring her down, she faced it head-on with unwavering courage, Charlie knew that she had many people who love and support her, and she is determined to fight this battle with a smile! Like she does with everything! If you’re lucky enough to know Charlie you’d know she’s always been someone who looks at her life like the glass is half full, rather than half empty!

Despite facing the challenges of her diagnosis, Charlie has become a warrior, ready to take on whatever comes her way. She approaches each day with a fierce determination to overcome this obstacle and live life to the fullest. With the support of her loved ones and the unwavering spirit within her, she embraces her treatments with courage and resilience. Every step of the way, she reminds herself that she is not defined by her illness, but by her strength and the love she shares with those around her!

So I’m starting this go fund me page to try and help her financially during this time, so she at least doesn’t have to worry about that side of things! She starts her first round of chemo next week and unfortunately she’s going to be too sick to work anymore.

She’s got a long road ahead of her, and I appreciate all the love and support everyone’s given her so far!

She’s the strongest girl I know & I’m so blessed to call her not only my niece but one of my bestest friends.
