Help a Family Avoid Homelessness

I don't like asking for anything especially handouts but I'm having a difficult time with paying my rent and electric bill I have 2 small children under 18 and nowhere to go government programs have declined me Im close to ending up homeless I don't know what to do this is my last resort thank you and God bless
