Donation protected
ARTconnects supports vulnerable girls and women, refugees and the marginalised by providing high impact workshops run by Award winning Artist and Activist Salma Zulfiqar , to train them, empowering them with creative and communication skills, training them to become leaders in their own community while improving their mental health. Running creative educational workshops across the UK and creating community climate change makers. We are facing massive funding shortages due to the cutbacks in the arts and in community funding post Pandemic.

"I enjoy the workshops, I learned about my rights and climate change and it was an uplifting experience motivating me to do something to save our planet," Sara.
"ARTconnects has helped me improve my confidence and learn about my rights and climate change. Thankyou for giving me work opportunities," Mahreen.

"Great to meet people from all over the world and learn about what we have in common. Skillfully facilitated by Salma" Jon

ARTconnects also build cross cultural collaboration to save the planet. In emergency situations for example the floods in Asia and Africa we supported vulnerable families with funds to help rebuild their lives. We run advocacy campaigns and exhibitions to amplify the voices of the marginalised.

"Thankyou so much. We are in a desperate situation. The money you have sent us will help rebuild our house" Maria.

Your donations will go towards running workshops, allowing women to work on our creative projects , pay for training for women ,supplies they need to run workshops and in emergency situations will pay for basic supplies, food , access to telecoms and medical supplies, accomodation.
This will empower women who are living on the edge of society and help to lift them out of poverty and violent situations and create climate changemakers.
