On the 22 February we (Michael Burke & I) are flying to Kathmandu,Nepal to run an ultra marathon in the Himalayan mountains and raise funds in aid of TOUCH Ireland where the ethos is that all children have the right to food, shelter medication, and education. The aim of TOUCH is primarily to keep people alive and instill hope for their future. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause.
