I'm asking all of our friends and family to please help Franchesca at this time of need. Unfortunately baby Lorenzo passed away last night after an hour and a half of Dr's trying to revive him. She only has 48 hours to come up with funeral arrangements and cost. 5 months ago she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy Lorenzo who was unfortunately diagnosed with charge syndrome - a pattern of birth defects which occurs in about one in every 9-10,000 births worldwide. It is an extremely complex syndrome, involving extensive medical and physical difficulties . He was born with life-threatening birth defects, including complex heart defects and breathing problems. They spent 5 months in the hospital and underwent many surgeries and other treatments. Swallowing and breathing problems also made life difficult for him along with hearing loss and vision loss. Due to her spending most of her days in the hospital by his side she has not been able to work to bring in any income. She's a single mom with another little boy, Dominic, she's trying to provide for as well. With little to no income You can only imagine how difficult things are for her and the family.
