Hi, my name is Timothy, I am 15 years old and a Sophomore in high school. I've been a scout since 1st grade and I am a member of Troop 800 in Kissimmee, Florida. I'm currently a Life Scout working on my Eagle Project.

My Eagle Scout Project is to support Deerwood Elementary School in Kissimmee, Florida by creating Emergency Kits for every classroom in the school (50 kits). The kits will be utilized during emergency evacuations that might result in the teachers and students having to stand outside in all different weather conditions while they wait for emergency personnel to safely clear the school building for re-entry. Each backpack kit will be stocked with supplies such as rain ponchos for every person in the class, a tarp, small first aid kit, emergency vest for the teacher, a whistle, a flashlight, some items that the teacher can pass out to the students to help keep them occupied and calm, along with other helpful items. I appreciate your thoughtful support to help me provide the teachers and staff of Deerwood Elementary with the tools that they need to keep their students safe and comfortable during an emergency situation.
