As a child Ray had a stroke at 8 yrs. old, open heart surgery at 16 yrs. old, and a number of miscellaneous ailments that put a toll on his body. Doctors told Ray that he would not lived to be 20 years old. God had a different plan so Ray decided to live his life to the fullest. Ray was able to finish High School, fathered his first son at 21 yrs. old, second child at 27 yrs. old, and attend college (University of Phoenix). Unfortunately, his illness caused him to be unable to complete his BS Degree. However, Ray tried to live his life as normal as he could.
Ray and his Mother made several attempts to get a life insurance policy. They were told over and over again that most insurance companies would not write out a policy to someone with a preexisting condition that could possibly lead to a early death.
This is why we are asking for donations to help cover the funeral expenses.
Any amount that you donate is greatly appreciated.
