As a member of The College of St. Rose Men's Golden Knights Basketball team, 1984 - 1986, John was a true and loyal teammate, both on and off the court.
John had a never quit attitude, strong work ethic and love of basketball which endeared him to not only his teammates and friends but also his competitors.
An active member of The College of Saint Rose alumni community, John exemplified the Golden Knights values and vision of becoming a motivated and caring citizen.
The John Pesce Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to a Golden Knights Men's or Women's Basketball player who embodies John's spirit and commitment to team and school.
