Help build a water well

This year, Eid coincides with the death anniversary of my beloved mother-in-law. In her memory, I would like to build a water well as a form of Sadaqah Jariyah — a continuous charity that will benefit others long after we’re gone, and serve as a source of ongoing reward for her soul.

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said:

“The best form of charity is giving someone water to drink.”

(Ahmad)

This project is very close to my heart. With your help, the well will provide clean, life-giving water to a community that currently has limited or no access. Every drop will be a blessing in her name, insha’Allah.

If the full target is reached, I’ll be using One Ummah Charity, which allows you to build a well in someone’s name and receive updates once it’s completed. If not, I will insha’Allah donate the amount raised toward a water well through Muslim Appeal, who also run clean water projects.
