MAKE MY DREAM COME TRUE! ARTS 2023

Hello everyone. My name is Mariacamila Arbelaez, I'm 27 years old and I'm from Medellín, Colombia. Since I’m a child I have been In love with scenic arts and performing; a week ago I audition for Kim Myers- international talent scout, and the good news is that I recibe a call back, i was lucky enough to be one of three people chosen from all Greenville County, is a live-changing opportunity for me, I have been given the amazing chance to head over to Orlando, Florida and participate in the ARTS.

Applause Rising Talent Showcase (ARTS) provides individuals in the performing arts access to casting directors, agents, managers and teachers to help further our career/education. It is, in fact, one of the largest showcases in the US. "The ARTS provides the introductions needed and a safe opportunity to be seen by trusted and respected people who are in a genuine position to effect an artist's future."

What the ARTS offers me: 

I will have the chance to network with top industry directors, managers, agents, and teachers who will provide the unique opportunity for me to encourage my career. They would also give me the chance to receive a scholarship to attend one of the most important films and arts academies from Los Angeles or New York.

However, a trip like this doesn't come cheap. There is a different costs for prep, attendance, and staying. My trip is set to happen in July(4th to 9th) this year where I'll head to Orlando, Florida. So, I'm putting it out there and asking anyone who is willing to donate and help get me over to this experience. My heartfelt thanks and gratitude for believing in me and helping make this dream a reality. Even if you can't donate, thanks so much for taking the time to read through my campaign.

Desde niña he estado enamorada de las artes escénicas y la actuación; Hace una semana hice una audición para Kim Myers, cazatalentos internacional, y la buena noticia es que fui seleccionada, tuve la suerte de ser una de las tres personas elegidas de todo el condado de Greenville, este gran logro me podría cambiar la vida. Me han dado la increíble oportunidad de ir a Orlando, Florida y participar en ARTS.

Applause Rising Talent Showcase (ARTS) brinda a las personas en las artes escénicas acceso a directores de casting, agentes, gerentes y maestros para ayudar a promover nuestra carrera. Es, de hecho, una de las vitrinas de talentos más grande de Estados Unidos. "ARTS brinda el acompañamiento necesario y una oportunidad segura de ser visto por personas confiables y respetadas que están en una posición genuina para direccionar el futuro de un artista".

Lo que me ofrece el ARTS:

Tendré la oportunidad de relacionarme con los principales directores, gerentes, agentes y maestros de la industria del cine y televisión que me brindarán la oportunidad única de impulsar mi carrera. También podría tener la suerte de recibir una beca para asistir a una de las academias de cine y artes más prestigiosas de Los Angeles o Nueva York.

Sin embargo, un viaje como este no es barato. Hay diferentes costos de preparación, asistencia y estadía. Mi viaje está programado para julio (del 4 al 9) de este año, donde me dirigiré a Orlando, Florida. Por medio de este canal le pido de todo corazón a cualquiera que esté dispuesto a donar y ayudarme a vivir esta experiencia única en mi vida. Mi más sincero agradecimiento y gratitud por creer en mí, por ayudar a hacer realidad este sueño de niña.
