Our hearts are broken as we share the sudden passing of Tadashi Yoshida — a loving husband, devoted father, and dear friend to so many. Tadashi’s warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit touched everyone who knew him. He leaves behind his wife, Yilin, and their two little boys, ages 4 and 7. Tadashi was an incredible father who adored his children. Yilin is now facing the unimaginable challenge of raising their sons without the partner she had hoped to walk beside for a lifetime.

While nothing can take away their grief, we can come together as friends, family, and community to ease some of the heavy burdens ahead. The boys are still very young, and Yilin is navigating not only her own loss but also the responsibility of caring for her children and managing the costs of providing them with stability.

This fund has been set up to support Yilin and the boys in the months and years ahead — helping to cover essential expenses such as housing and the children’s education. Our goal is to give them the space and stability to heal, and to ensure that the boys’ future remains bright, even in the face of this tragedy.
