With this decision, we were forced to furlough the entire Lunchroom staff.
We know that we have a very loyal community, and the support that we have received from near and far is much appreciated, but the future is very uncertain still.
So, all tips donated to our 'virtual tip jar,' even if it is just the cost of your usual morning coffee or those soft scrambled eggs, will go directly to providing assistance to our employees, covering the ongoing maintenance costs of The Lunchroom while we are closed, and the costs associated with reopening.
And to every individual who donates, we will send you a card after every visit, with a special benefit, for 6 months after we re-open.
