On August 16th 2020, this kind hearted man got into a motorcycle accident. He was admitted in the hospital with 8 broken ribs and a small pneumothorax. He has a history of heart failure. On August 25, 2020, the doctors performed surgery to put a plate in to stabilize his ribs. I was told that he did fine throughout the procure. August 26, he had a heart attack. Once again, he was rushed into surgery to have another Stint put in his heart. He is now on a ventilator "helping" him breath. His blood pressure continues to go low, if he isn't given medication for it. Yesterday, I noticed that he wasn't moving the left side of his body when he was slightly coming off of the sedation.Long story short... Randy is a very proud man and would never ask anyone for anything. He would give a complete stranger the shirt off of his back if he thought that they needed it. However, at this moment, I am his voice and I am putting my pride aside to reach out and get some help. I know WHEN he recovers, he will not be able to work. The bills are going to start to pile up, especially the medical bills that our insurance isn't going to cover.
