Running a marathon in memory of Gary Richardson

Earlier this year, my beloved uncle Gary Richardson passed away following a sudden heart complication. Given that Gary was a few days from his 71st birthday and lived a healthy, active lifestyle, his death was a great shock to everyone who knew him.

Following the advice of Chris, Gary's widow, I've chosen to donate to the British Heart Foundation due to their work researching cures and advocating for those affected by heart disease and because it is a charity that my uncle valued a great deal.

Thank you on behalf of myself and the Richardson family for taking the time to read my appeal.

Hola, me llamo Heather, y en diciembre voy a participar en el Maratón de Valencia para recaudar fondos para la ONG británica British Heart Foundation.

En febrero de este año, se falleció mi tío Gary Richardson debido a un infarto. Dado que Gary estaba por cumplir 71 años y tenía una vida sana y activa, su muerte resultó muy impactante para los que le conocieron.Según el consejo de su viuda Chris, he elegido British Heart Foundation como organización debido a sus esfuerzos investigando curas y apostando por los afectados por enfermedades coronarias, y porque es una ONG muy valorado por parte de mi tío.Muchas gracias por haber tomado el tiempo en leer mi llamamiento.
