Pipeline skatepark rebuild

Here in Juneau Alaska we have the Pipeline Skatepark, which was orignially contructed in 1996 through the support of the community and the city.  There have been some major overhauls since its construction, and my fellow skaters and I believe that the skatepark's next overhaul is way overdue.  If you have been to the skatepark within the past 3 years then you would understand our reasoning behind this belief.  The ramps have holes in them and several of the past renovations were only partially completed, so the park's design is less then ideal for the progression of young skaters.  Since this is a major hangout area for the youth of our town, an overhaul would boost the amount of stoke for people to start partaking in this lifechanging sport!
