As some of you may know my Mom passed away last week. Mom was diagnosed with COPD in 2018 and her fight ended January 31st. Mom had recently taken out a life insurance policy, but unfortunately since she only had the policy for a few months before her death, there will only be a payout of what she had paid in, which isn't much. My Mom had no savings and I'm not sure what to do. I have had people ask me what they can do to help or what Bryce and I need, this is the only thing I can think of. I'm genuinely at a loss and I find myself worrying more about how my Mom's services will be paid for rather than grieving her death. I feel terrible for asking for help, guilty and sick to my stomach, but anything would help.
