We're joining the famous David Goggins on his 4 x 4 x 48 challenge!
David Goggins is a retired United States Navy Seal who is famous for his ultra-marathon running, ultra-distance cycling, triathlons and Guinness World Records for endurance.
The 4 x 4 x 48 challenge is a mental and physical challenge of running 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours... starting at 4am GMT on March 6th.
Coupled with the complications of running 288 miles between the six of us (Chris, Sam, Jack, Bash, Bradley & Darren)... we'll have to battle through sleep deprivation, darkness and no doubt weather challenges.
The challenge was released by David Goggins on the 20th January, so to say the training for this has been minimal would be an understatement!

We've chosen Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice as our charity of choice due to the fantastic work they do in our local community... hopefully you agree they are very worthy cause.
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.
