Every year I do bake offs for different charities, this year I wanted to help donate to a charity which is close to one of my customers, Paul & Sarah Wells with their beautiful daughter Olivia had been supported from little hearts matter here’s there story -

Our Olivia Wells

Olivia had a rough start....4 open heart surgeries within a month of her life. We were in ICU for 10 weeks and home after nearly 12 weeks. We will forever be grateful to the team at Bristol and Cardiff children’s hospital.

Our Olivia is such a character now, she's pulls the funniest faces and is the happiest baby. To look at her, you'd never know she had a poorly heart, or what she went through, and how hard she fought to be here.

After a year we were told, she's outgrown her shunt, her sats were consistently low for a few weeks and we were back in Bristol hospital for a full repair on her heart, 12 hours in surgery and she had what is called A rostelli procedure. After this she suffered a stroke and we spent a few weeks again in hospital, but this time with neurology as she lost movement in her left side of her body.

This journey is certainly a rollercoaster ride of emotions. You really do have to take it one day at a time and enjoy every moment with our special babies
