In the past few weeks, my health has declined: I've been experiencing disequilibrium and advanced sinus and ear infections and pain. This has in turn interfered with my ability to work and see clients (I'm self-employed) and to earn a living to deal with these issues. I need some help to deal with immediate expenses to get me back on my feet, healthy, and working again.
