My name is Alisha Sutherland. I live in Westwego, Louisiana. On October 28th, Hurricane Melissa devastated my beautiful island of Jamaica. I later received news that one of my family homes was destroyed, a home that housed my daughter's grandmother, grandfather, and three uncles, one of whom suffers severely from asthma. I am currently in the United States, and all the airports in Jamaica are closed until further notice. Now, I'm seeking assistance to help them get back on their feet because they have no cellular service, no drinking water, or any of the essential things in life to survive. I am currently doing the best that I can for them, but my resources alone cannot help them. So, I am asking for assistance to help my family get back on their feet so that their living conditions will be livable again. Please keep my family and me in your prayers.
