After a valiant fight our dear Jose Angel Lerma has lost his battle with cancer that doctor's literally found a few short months ago after a routine dental procedure would not heal. The diagnosis was Malignant Bone Marrow Lymphoma. In a few months Jose went from healthy, strong, hard working man to making it through infections, chemotherapy, dialysis and a final month at TGH where on Friday, August 7, 2015, he succumbed to this terrible disease. The Lerma family is very touched and grateful with all the prayers and beautiful memories being shared by so many, in person, by phone and of course the out pouring on Facebook. In life we are never promised tomorrow, but this good hearted, fun loving, family man at 48 years old was too soon called to his heavenly home, leaving his loving wife Laura and four lovable and attentive childern not all prepared for the unfortunate state of finances.The family is asking to please consider a donation in lieu of flowers or simply a kind gesture to help offset some of the funeral cost and medical expenses. The family again thanks you for the friendship shown Jose and askes God's blessing for all.
