Hi everyone my name is Val and I am trying to raise funds for my February+March rent and bills as this is my last month in the Bay. I lost my job a few months back because of my disability and haven't been able to find work since. I have been able to stay in the bay with help from crowdfunding and a part time job.

My lease ends in April and I am doing everything I can to find a job before then so I can stay here instead of returning to an abusive home. Returning home would mean my dog and I would be in an unsafe situation indefinitely.

I am applying to a bunch of jobs but need help meeting my basic needs until then. I have some interviews lined up and have been doing vending events to make ends meet but it isnt enough. I want to avoid returning to an unsafe environment at all costs.

Additionally I've had unexpected vet bills as my dog is sick and will need medication for the rest of her life. Without this medication she can't have a normal life, she is a rescue and I am doing my best to keep her safe and healthy.

My current updated expenses are as follow:

Rent - $1840 - this includes utilities and parking.

Late fees for rent for months I was unable to pay: $375

Car note- $467

Car insurance - $202

Wifi- $60

Vet bill- $ 260

Vet Medication - $ 120
