Zuri's Theft Recovery & Veteran Sm Bus Growth fund

Zuri's a Go-Go, our mobile dessert van, was vandalized and broken into in the late evening hours on Sunday, August 29th, 2022.

The name Zuri's a Go-Go is a statement of us wanting to bring donuts & dessert on the go. This van build is innovative and is intended to help us bring donuts & more out into our beautiful cities while people are out having a good time & enjoying family. As a pandemic business, our goal has always been to become an integral part of the community. We focus on attending organized events with things that people cherish, which are desserts.

I've been working on this project for over three years now. Minor setbacks like this can significantly impact growth because we do not have the luxury of extensive bank funding and capital. So, I've just been balancing & building over time with hopes that the completion would be sooner than later.

Theft is inevitable and is becoming a recurring thing. However, when it crosses your path unexpectedly, it hurts the most as it delays plans. As a veteran, I know the importance of persevering through tough times. I'm doing this all alone; it won't stop me from doing it. This is just another one of life's slowdowns, but we’ll push through and move forward. Our level of drive & ambition will remain at an all-time high.
