As many of you may or may not know, my brother Anthony was admitted to the ICU in Pensacola, Florida. He was intubated in relation to aspiration pneumonia which caused respiratory decline and also had to have emergency abdominal surgery due to finding a perforated duodenal ulcer. Anthony has been in the hospital for a few weeks. He has a wound vac on his abdomen and 2 penrose drains in for the infection. Me and my mom were able to visit him at the hospital and hold his hand. It was hard to see him with all the wires and tubes in him, but he is so strong. After we left the hospital he was extubated. He has been in and out of being awake/alert. Anthony has a long road of recovery. Anything is appreciated to support his healing process. The picture attached is him and all his siblings.
