Fix my only car & keep utlities on

I have been unemployed since Aug '14. I was in the hospital for a colon infecton in Sept '14 and due to its recurrance rate of 70%, I am now unemployable. Still awaiting SSDI hearing a year later. This has put me behind on utilties.
Due to a piece of road debris yesterday, there is a 8" gash in the gas tank of my only transportation vehicle, which I need just to even get groceries.It is not repairable and must be replaced.
I'm needing help to get my vehicle back up and pay my bills till I can get early SS retirement in a few months.
