THANK YOU EVERYONE!!! Because of all of your help we were able to get Rosie's surgery. She is home in Idaho recovering with my family and is so happy now that she has her legs again. Rosie has made a full recovery so far and can finally play outside again. Thank you for giving Rosie another chance! We couldn't have done it without each and everyone of you. <3
