Lancaster Flood Damage-Memorial Day

We had just finished remodeling our home and getting two storage sheds. One shed was swept down river and the other is sitting on top of the fence. We had six feet of water in our house as well as 16 inches of water in our travel trailer. The house will have to be torn down with all the damage. The house is pier and beam and was lifted up about 18 inches on the river side, as the water receded and it came down the piers were shifted off of their original resting places causing the middle of the house to sink in.  We have had this property in the family for two generations and the water has never been this high. We hate asking for handouts, but we have no insurance and we used our savings to pay for all of the remodeling.
