Save Icon from Euthanasia: Urgent Help Needed

This is Icon.. he is currently in a kill shelter, Metro, where he has been for two weeks. Judge Hand ordered him to be euthanized.

On August 1 Icon bit a women's foot that entered our home unannounced and without permission, and then kicked him. Not only was he startled, protecting his home (like he's suppose to), but he was also protecting my 80 year old Mother in-law.

We visit him daily (but he has to stay locked in his kennel) and we bring him items and treats from home. He is (even still) terrified every moment and just shakes and his heart pounds so hard with fear and anxiety. Nobody can interact with him, and he can't go outside or anything-not even with us.

We lost our trial; which we only were able to be granted because of my written request and filing the proper forms. The Judge had his mind made up before we walked in, and that's why none of the blatant lies or accountability the woman did take were even taken into account.

We need an Animal Rights Attorney to win an appeal; but first priority is to either get him home or at least into a boarding facility where its humane and not just locked away, alone 24 hours a day.
