Need Help

I am swallowing my pride to ask for help. I left Austin because I was unable to have a dependable ride to get medical treatments for my neck. A "dear christian"  friend offered to fly me and my fur baby to Tennessee and promised to get me to my treatments so I would be able to drive us back to Texas. It has only been two weeks and she is ready to go back to Texas NOW. She says that she does not recall offering to let me get treatments here before driving. Also, she said if we were here at least two months, I could save up at least $2000 from disability so I could have a down payment for my own vehicle when we get to Texas. She is leaving in less than a week, I have established a Dr. here, no vehicle and nowhere to go. I have applied to low-income housing here, WAITING!!!!!!!!   For those of you who know my past: I am a follower of Christ. Absolutely no drugs, alcohol or even cigarettes.
The treatment I am to get on my neck is called an ablation, which burns the nerves so I can function. The pain is so bad that I can only recline for relief.
