Horton’s Quality K9 Equipment LLC was founded in 1972 by United States Veteran Robert Horton Sr. His son continued his legacy after his
death in 1995.
The Horton’s company was served in July of 2019 with a lawsuit filed in Delaware Pennsylvania. The lawsuit alleged that the plaintiff that was a police officer on duty that his injuries occurred in October 2017. This custom-made bite suit he is claiming that caused them, is still being used today by this police dept for the past 3 years and is still performing in great condition. Our court date is on November 13th. 2023.
Horton’s has always been known as one of the best custom makers of K-9 Equipment in the USA. We need your help now.
To defend a case like this and to clear our good name will be very expensive - attorney fees, court costs, investigations, expert witnesses. Horton’s will have to travel to and from Pennsylvania and other expenses etc. could cost in excess of $60,000.
Horton’s has only made an honest living providing a much-needed service to our, Law Enforcement, and K9 sport trainers for over 50 years.
