Service Dog for Rose Startup Costs

My name is Rose, I'm 24 and have stiff person syndrome, along with Dysautonomia affecting almost every system. Early this year we had to move to symptomatic treatment only and my disease is progressive.

Right now I have no independence. A service dog could help me pick up dropped items, calm spasms with deep pressure therapy, potentially press buttons or use a K9 phone(could save my life) and more. A service dog could allow me to have a tiny bit of independence back and safety while I'm alone.

I've applied to multiple service dog agencies and told the same thing, We think your disability is too unpredictable and progressive.

I want to train my own service dog alongside a highly suggested trainer, and will budget out myself $135/ month for her training (she's giving me a scholarship) Alternatively, I can do board and train with the breeder $400 a month and will use funds to get as much of this for early days as possible.

I can't afford the initial cost for a standard poodle and it's initial vet bills. As it is such a job to take on I want to start right.

I've been quoted $2000 for a standard poodle puppy (slightly older for increased socializing with it's mother and increased success rates)

The other $1000 will go towards start up cost for the dog including spaying/neutering at the appropriate age, check ups, vaccines, etc.

I have a caregiver who will help care for the dog, and will not have the dog for many more months as this particular litter is still in planning.

I am able to financially care for a dog and put savings for future vet costs. I additionally will get Spot Pet Insurance. The reason I'm asking for help is I can't afford a breeder dog or spay/neuter as I'm still rebuilding my savings after Sloane's vet bills. I will never let a dog suffer. I budget very carefully to care for any animal in my charge
