Everett’s Medical Bills

Hello, my name is Ashley (Schaber) Caves and I’m fundraising for my adorable little nephew. Everett was born with a condition called imperforate anus, meaning he did not have an opening for his anus. He is only 6 months old and has had the necessary 3 surgeries to repair his anus and colon, but now we fear he has a tethered spinal cord and will need additional surgery(ies). He’s scheduled for a MRI, but is already showing symptoms of the condition. This is associated with his initial diagnosis, so they caught it early, but the medical bills are rolling in and Ed and Amanda would greatly appreciate your help!

Update 12/28/2021
Everett was put under anesthesia (for the 3rd time) to complete his MRI ad the results confirmed he does have a tethered spinal cord. He is scheduled to have surgery in January. With a new year, brings a new deductible and out-of-pocket amount, which is why we decided to increase our goal. We’ve been so blown away by everyone’s generosity and graciously appreciate everyone’s donation.
