Crash Course - Short Film

What are we doing?
I'm currently raising funds for my senior film project, Crash Course, and would appreciate any help in reaching my goal. This project is the culmination of what I’ve learned as a film student at Loyola University for the past three years and gives me the opportunity to showcase my abilities as I complete my senior year. With your support I can create something unique that can represent my creative vision and help me with my career. I plan on using this to secure a job post-grad and use it as a tool to achieve my dreams of being a production designer.
So, what's it about?
Crash Course is about a young woman who arrives on a mystery planet and, in a bid to win a boy's attention, befriends the popular alien girls to get his affection. But is that her only mission?
Queen Bee JULES, and minions WELLS, and RAYGUN are having a sleepover. Bored of the same old, same old they invite over the new girl, EVIE (really a human). Taking her under their wings they give her a crash course in everything she needs to know.
Crash Course is a retro-futurism inspired short-film with an emphasis on production and costume design. Post-grad I would like to be a production designer so making it my focus on this project seems only natural.

This project will also be submitted to film fests in the fall and you could have an opportunity to be in the credits!
