To all my family and friends, it is with a heavy heart that I announce that my Father, Vicente Litiatco has passed away. He had fought so hard to recover after his extended stay at the hospital due to a severe blood infection. He was able to go home to continue with his recovery. Despite some progress he has shown, his body seems to be deteriorating, and, sadly, he gave up on us. He already has multiple medical conditions in addition to doing dialysis for over a decade. He is survived by his wife, daughter and two sons. Enteng, as people call him is very fond of his grandkids, whom he truly adores. Tito Vic and Tito Nonoy to all his nieces and nephews, whom he is remembered as a warm-hearted soul. "Tatay" to all his acquaintances remembers him as the man who always has a smile despite adversity. A brother to his siblings that describes him as a free-spirited man. A husband to his wife with whom they share unconditional love. Lastly, a father to his kids shows us nothing but pure love. To me, my Dad is a hero without a cape. A man with lots of wisdom and strength. He is an inspiration to me and others for embracing life and proving that nothing can defeat him, and he will fight till the end. It is tough knowing that you are not around. We love you, and we miss you dearly. Heaven gained not just an Angel but a warrior. A true hero...
