Help Noah fight two rare and aggressive cancers

Donation protected
Noah has had medical issues all his life. From the time of his birth, Noah has always had to overcome health obstacles, so we know he is a fighter. One of these health issues has been Psoriasis/Eczema since he was very young. Earlier this year, his Psoriasis flared all over his entire body, including his eyelids, the bottom of his feet, and the palms of his hands. Noah has been unable to work due to having weekly appointments with his dermatologist. He was given a variety of medications with minimal results.

On April 14, 2023, a blood test taken showed Noah’s white blood cell count had hit 58,000 level. Typically, white blood cell counts should be under 15,000. His Dermatologist got him an appointment the very next day with an Oncologist. Doctors admitted Noah into Queens Medical Center that same day.

For 12 days, Noah sat in his hospital room. Doctors ran every test and every biopsy. They gave him the strongest antibiotics, poked, prodded, and examined him. After all of that, they still could not come to a diagnosis. He had a Lung Specialist, an Oncologist/Hematologist, an Infectious Disease expert, as well as a whole team working with him.

After 13 days in the hospital watching as Noah’s health deteriorated, his doctors finally had a diagnosis that brought us to our knees…….an aggressive form of ADULT T-CELL LEUKEMIA LYMPHOMA.

Cancer runs in our family. Noah lost both his grandmothers to breast cancer and 2 of his aunts are still battling Breast Cancer. How could our 23-year-old Noah have the most aggressive and rare cancer there is? Doctors on the island say they are not equipped to treat this disease. It is so rare that only trial programs exist at the MD ANDERSON CANCER TREATMENT CENTER in Houston Texas.

We are raising funds to help assist Noah and his Family with medical expenses as well as travel expenses to and from Houston. His doctors have shared that he will need multiple visits to MD Anderson Cancer Treatment Centers.
Anything you can give to help Noah and his Family during this difficult time will be greatly appreciated. If you are unable to give monetarily, please keep Noah in your Prayers.
