New Sewer Line

Help! I need a new sewer line! Without a new sewer line my home will be condemned and my dogs and I will be homeless. I used up my available credit four months ago replacing my broken HVAC system. March 1st I am scheduled to have my second knee replacement in three months. This surgery will hopefully allow me to be able to walk without a walker. Due to my physical disabilities I have not been able to work more than 6 hours a week. I receive disability income but do not qualify for special community grants.
