I am Dr. Charlotte Y. Phoenix and I am running for the Elmsford School Board. The Board helps set the direction of the district, develop the budget, and adopt the policies and practices that determine whether ALL students can thrive.

As a retired educator and administrator with 43 years of experience, I am committed to bringing respectful and responsive leadership to the board and to put the needs of our children first. I am running to help bring more accountability, transparency, trust, and cooperation to the work of the Board.
