Hey dear supporters!
I am Kaytana Taylor, better known as Kaytii Insanity. I am a dancer based in Kingston (Jamaica) and I am proudly presenting you my initiative VOTE DANCEHALL 4 CHANGE.
Let me give you a little insight about the current situation: Right now, it is devastating to go outside! In my community are young kids who are forced to be adults before time because of the financial situations their family is in. Kids are supposed to learn from home but most of the families are unable to provide utilities for them to do online schooling. Parents lost their jobs because of the pandemic and because of that, children are forced to take on situations or things that will help to provide for their family. I am seeing this, and I want to help because I also have a child and it hurts my heart to see what is happening.
As a dancer, I want to highlight the positive impact dancehall can have on our people. The youths are the future and I want to support school kids and encourage young people to value education. I want to give back to my community.
What I am planning to do:
Watch out for JUNE/JULY 2021! We will run online dance classes to contribute funds for the official event in AUGUST 2021 happening in my community called ‘Arnett Gardens’. If you cannot join the online event, you are also welcome to contribute any amount affordable for you.
Online Classes Schedule: All classes will happen from 12 – 2 pm JA Time (19:00 – 21:00 CEST)

13th June: Shanky Equanoxx Skankaz X Marthe Vangeel
20th June: Prince Team Royal X Johanna Enough
27th June: Sisterhood of Queens X Deimante
4th July: Belleh23 House Team X Jasmin Halper

50 tablets
100 School bags
several number of pencils & schoolbooks & other utilities for homeschooling / schooling in general
