Hey, I'm Eva, good friend of David. On March 4th of this year, his life changed completely after he had a very serious accident. The doctors are baffled how he even survived. He was in a coma for three weeks and suffers a complete spinal cord injury, along with nerve damage in one arm. His life changed completely in an instant. He will never be able to walk again and can only use one arm.

 

He was a top jiu-jitsu athlete and passionately ran his own osteopathy practice, both of which he had to abruptly give up. Now, after 4 months in the hospital he is allowed to go to a rehabilitation clinic, where he will learn to manage his life in a wheelchair.

 

Besides the enormous emotional suffering, there are also significant financial concerns: high medical expenses and necessary home modifications, a proper wheelchair, legal fees, and all this with the loss of his income.

 

I'd love to help him by raising money for a special electric wheelchair or any other specific equipment so he can hopefully live a little more independently in the future and make their life together a little easier.
